Your Internet Service Provider may provide these as a part of its standard package.
Apache web server - the most popular web server software. (You may also be able to use proprietary server software; our software was developed and tested with Apache.) (Runs under UNIX, Windows NT/9x, OS/2, others, Apache Software License)
MySQL SQL Database - open source with commercial support available. (Runs under Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, others, your choice of Commercial or GNU General Public License)
Perl programming language. (Runs under UNIX, Windows 32, Macintosh, Artistic License)
Interactive Television Publishing System (ITPS) (Requires "the basics" above, GNU General Public License)
